Interview
Not really an interview. They pretty much hire everybody and anybody since it's just labor. If you get a call to come in, it's just a standard walkthrough of what goes on in the warehouse. You'll be required to bring two forms of ID and take a drug test.
No interview. Fill out an application, and at the end, select your start date. Show up to orientation. Be willing to work the shift you selected because they will not let you pick a different shift once you have selected one. You might not get any other opportunities other than what is available.
I was hired in 2018 there was no interview just a series of short tests online and then went in person for a drug test and onboarding. No interview. The drug test was a mouth swab but half the groups got urine tested
They asked about my availability, whether I was able to lift weights up to the required limit, and if I was comfortable with the work location. Can you do it safely.
