I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Amazon (Londra, Inghilterra) in Dec 2017
Interview
Had 3 stages - a 1-on-1; 2-on-1; and a test
The interviews felt like I was being interviewed by a computer - not sure why they don't just use Alexa for the interviews.
Interviewers would ask a question and then just dive into their laptops to record everything I said - did not make for a comfortable interview process at all - felt very cold.
The entire interview was based on their leadership principles -which are accessible on their site - but I didn't feel like that allowed me to show my skill set.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Asked whether I would be happy in a very transaction based role
One HR screening, Phone screening, Loop interview with 5 People, Team matching interview. The loop interview was tiring since it was 45mins per interview, and you would have to provide examples for LPs.

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Amazon (New York, NY) in Apr 2026
Interview
Generally conversational and asking about your resume and experience. After the assessment link is sent to you via HR, they can invite you for a phone screen. This phone screen generally lasts an hour.
They asked a lot of behavioral questions and it seemed like SQL/Data Analysis was heavily required. Would definitely recommend prepping all the common behavioral question. Also its important to know the core principles of Amazon
