Online test and 2-3 skype interviews. The interviews were with an Area Manager and Ops Manager. Pretty straight forward, mostly behavioral with a couple basic case questions. Heard back 2 weeks after the interviews.

Tell me about a time when you made a difficult decision
Multiple online tests after application, followed by a virtual interview with various staff. Staff did not want to be on camera and did not have many good things to say about working there.
Prior to even speaking to anyone about a possible interview there was a long and lengthy testing required. Really disappointing to finish with no feedback or additional details. I only received an email post test.

Extremely unprofessional in my opinion. Talked to 3 different people, all of whom were wearing old sweatshirts and not looking at the camera. As I was sitting on zoom in a suit jacket, did not feel at all a place I would be valued at.
