I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Amazon (Indianapolis, IN) in Sep 2016
Interview
Ask star based questions. Using situation task action and result. used specific examples on the questions. there was also a short math test. after completing the test the interviewer changed the numbers and made me go through it in my head without a calculator. It was very easy. interviewed by two people.

Question 1
Name a time you went above and beyond for a customer?
The first step, the virtual interview process, was fairly long but easy to navigate and work through, and shortly after, I received an invite to interview in person. However, the location for which they reached out for was for the wrong state.

Question 1
Manager experience, scenarios where I had to act as a manager
Ghosted me after the interview, and they did not notify me I was no longer under consideration. I manually had to check the job portal to verify job application status after a virtual assessment and interview.
The interview process is very robust. You speak with many different people but they moved quickly. Some questions are out of the box and some are straightforward. Overall it was a good experience.
