The selection process consists of an online assessment testing math and logistics fundamentals, followed by two interviews focused mostly on behavioral and situational questions which are mixing english and the local language.

It was CV screening then numerical and logical reasoning test followed by a couple of interviews, all based on amazon leadership principles, they have 16 principles and they asked 4-6 questions in total, every question covered one principle
Two 30-minute interviews based on Amazon Leadership Principles. They ask for specific examples where you've applied these principles in previous roles or education. They ask about day-to-day AI usage.
