Since my previous job was server software support, it seems that there was a difference between my work and MIS work, and we didn't get along well. I passed the video interview, but failed the first interview.

1. Please tell us about the most difficult experience you have ever experienced. 2. Have you ever failed to fulfill a customer's request, what was the reason? 3. Have you ever had a disagreement with your manager and how did you resolve the issue? 4. Was there a Manager you respected? "Why did you respect that person?" 5. A failure occurred in which the screen of the customer's PC became black. On the premise that I received a call from a customer, I did a role-play test on how to deal with a customer.

Process was pretty painless. Three interviews total. First was HireVUE, then a technical interview and finally an LP (leadership principles) interview. The tech interview was medium difficulty. Anyone with an A+ could pass.
