Telephone process in 3 steps. Each time with different people and finally with direct supervisor. Very thorough and pleasantly efficient process . No awkward pauses and all questions are answered
CV screening -> video interview (recording) I personally liked their interview process, especially the video interview. Less stressful and more efficient. I tend to be nervous in the interview, but I was able to say what I wanted to say calmly in the video interview.
