Interview
It was a direct walk in through a referral. Interview has 4 rounds.!st round was JAM and the 2nd was Versant typing which was a 30 min pearson test with few tasks like type correctly and email writing.The 3rd round was accent round.You will be given a cabin and a telephone with loudspeaker. Bad thing was there was a break in voice. Couldnt help it -_- and we need to pronounce the things accprding to the list given before the round.Final will be HR round and the questions about roleplay and y amazon and few questions like that. You need to be very confident,bold and with excellant listening typing and talking skills.but the joining takes few months
