Amazon Area Manager II interview questions

3 interviewers with 3 questions each 30-45 minutes long. Lots of follow up questions as well so make sure you know what your talking about. Must use Star format and Quantitate Data. They want to know you make good decisions and you can lead. I included a lot of stories that tied with their leadership principals and use those key terms in my stories. My personal tip is to have 10 stories/business lead scenerios that include some type of numbers (growth numbers, customer survey scores, book keeping, etc) , so when the ask you question all your doing is picking a story that best answers the questions.

After applying you are given an online assessment, followed by a screening call from the recruiter the a panel interview which last about 4-6 hours. Each interviewer sits with you in closed chime rooms and ask you a different set of questions.
