Accenture Software Developer Analyst interview questions

Standard interview process, phone request followed by short programming exercise and an in person final interview. The phone interview is about 20 minutes long and they just want to get a high over view of your skills and gauge the interest. The programming challenge seemed like a way to filter out unqualified candidates, but wasn't too difficult. Finally the in person interview was a simple chat with a Hiring manager and asking me to explain my past and future etc....

The interview was a 2 round process - Technical and HR. Skillset was- Java with J2EE. The questions were based on Java, hibernate, Spring, JUnits. Good questions based on core java concepts. The rounds were telephonic at the company premises.
