Initially We had Aptitude round followed by Coding which is easy, Then there is communication round on pearson that is also easy. Then Interview mostly on resume and HR type questions.

Interviewer : What is are issues you have faced in your projects specified in resume and how did you tackle ?
Final Interview round was easy for a fresher level job. However, 1st round (i.e.) aptitude was medium to difficult level. Technical section in the aptitude round was bit difficult for a fresher, however it was optional.

Describe an incident where you made a mistake and turned it into an opportunity to learn and made use of it the best way possible.
Interview process at Accenture was smooth, well-structured, and overall easy to navigate. The communication throughout the process was professional, and the interview rounds were not overly difficult if you were prepared with the basics.
The only downside was the timeline. The complete hiring process took almost one year from initial application to final onboarding, which felt quite time-consuming. Apart from the delay, the overall experience was positive and organized.
