I got into accenture through college placements.the process took 2 days.first day was the verification and the second day was test and f2f interview.
the online test was quite simple,the questions were mainly focused on english (verbal and non-verbal)
interview was a tricky one. few of the questions are:
speak about the quote "old is gold".(talk about how old songs)
who do you take as your inspiration and why?
speak about ngo/cricket/india..and so on.
each candidate had to speak for 2mins min.this followed by questions on cv,
It was very structured. It consisted of 1 round. The interviewer asked me to introduce myself and then asked questions on my resume. They are basically looking for candidates to walk through their resume. They didn't ask any question apart from the resume
The process was 1 online assessment and 1 group interview with 3 panelists. They asked both technical and soft skills questions. Each interviewer asked different questions. The total interview was less than 30 mins.
Interview was nice but it was much technical heavy and the interviewer had asked both the technical and HR related questions and also some general knowledge and current affairs questions.
