Interview
There are three rounds in an interview at Accenture. These include an online assessment, technical interview and HR interview round. Let us discuss these rounds briefly: Online assessment: The first round tests the candidate based on logical reasoning, verbal ability and quantitative aptitude.

Accenture interviews can include situational and behavioral questions. Some questions that may be asked include:

What are your strengths?
What do you know about the company?
Why should we hire you for this position?
What are your long term goals for this job?
How will you deal with work pressure?
Very fast paced. Questions were a mix of puzzles and consulting scenarios. Interviewed during Covid so everything was virtual. There was a 2-3 hr long OA ahead of the interview with detailed feedback. And interview itself was like a virtual super day with group interviews and solo rounds.
