I applied through college or university. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Accenture (Bengaluru) in Sep 2015
Interview
It was quite easy.Accenture came for campus placement in our college.First round was apti in which there were three sections-Verbal,logical and attention details.Overall it was easy.We were interviewed in a group of 5 candidates by two panel members. They basically check your communication skills and confidence in interview. There wasn't any technical questions, only one round in which basic hr questions were asked. My questions were-Tell me about youself,Speak on Women empowerment.Others were asked-Why should i hire you,Tell me about your project work.
The panels really didnt cared about your marks at all. They were purely focusing on your speaking abilities. So just keep smiling and answer confidently and show that you are actually willing to work in the company whole-heartedly.
I was interviewed in the Mandaluyong site. It was before the pandemic, so the interview was held in person. I had a one-on-one interview with one of the recruiters. The interview questions were average.
It was very structured. It consisted of 1 round. The interviewer asked me to introduce myself and then asked questions on my resume. They are basically looking for candidates to walk through their resume. They didn't ask any question apart from the resume
The process was 1 online assessment and 1 group interview with 3 panelists. They asked both technical and soft skills questions. Each interviewer asked different questions. The total interview was less than 30 mins.
