Interview
The first filter was an assessment center, where 12 people were sat around a table. We had to resolve a small technical test (UML and database diagrams, one logical thinking exercise) in 1.5 hours. After that we had to resolve a group exercise. Finally, we received an IQ test.
The second part was a personal interview with a technical and a human resources employee.

Applied then got invited to a digital case day with the following activities:
Digital Introduction in group regarding the company, followed by digital behavorial interview and lastly technical interview/brain teasers.

Il processo del colloquio è stato abbastanza lineare e semplice. Ho parlato con l’HR telefonicamente e fatto un colloquio su meet con tre membri del team. Il riscontro è arrivato nel giro di un mese e mezzo.
