There were several steps. The recruiter was very helpful and communicative throughout the process. The phone screen was just basic questions, nothing particularly difficult. The technical interview was challenging but not overly so.

They started the recruting process in november and it went on till march
My interview and every other process went top class but in the end they said you don't fit the profile

Interview
First will be online assessment via hackerRank then there will be on-site assessment at parQ where there will be activities for employer to assess all interviewee and give them roles based o interviewee expertise
They followed a new pattern. With Cognitive ability test, CS basics, puzzles, 3 coding questions (frontend, SQL, backend/dsa). I solved frontend and backend. Other who solved backend and SQL made it in to the next round.
