Interview
First round with a manager, fit interview went well. Second round "case study" with 5 or 6 other candidates under the supervision of what i believe was a senior consultant .
The whole thing took a full day and was a terrible waste of time.

A lowcost airlane company wants to improve their margin and update their online services and call center. Provide a business proposal that would win the job.
interviewer refused to answer any questions about cost structure, the services already provided, the competitors services, or the state of the existing infrastructure.
Applied then got invited to a digital case day with the following activities:
Digital Introduction in group regarding the company, followed by digital behavorial interview and lastly technical interview/brain teasers.

Il processo del colloquio è stato abbastanza lineare e semplice. Ho parlato con l’HR telefonicamente e fatto un colloquio su meet con tre membri del team. Il riscontro è arrivato nel giro di un mese e mezzo.
