Interview
First, they will ask you to do the pymetrics test. This test is meant to define your personality.
Right after you finish the pymetrics, they will send you link to do the online interview through HireVue where there will be 6 questions, 4 in the form of video and 2 in written.

Describe a time when you needed to integrate knowledge on different subjects in order to achieve a goal?
why do you want to join? tell me about your past experiences and why would you like to work in Accenture. Also what did you studied in university and which was your favourite subject
Applied then got invited to a digital case day with the following activities:
Digital Introduction in group regarding the company, followed by digital behavorial interview and lastly technical interview/brain teasers.

Il processo del colloquio è stato abbastanza lineare e semplice. Ho parlato con l’HR telefonicamente e fatto un colloquio su meet con tre membri del team. Il riscontro è arrivato nel giro di un mese e mezzo.
