After you applied on their website online, they will send you an link to a psychometric test. Unlike other consultancy companies, you don't need to do any numerical test.
After the psychometric test, they will ask you to do an online interview(recorded), where you can help multiple trials before submitting your answer.

Applied then got invited to a digital case day with the following activities:
Digital Introduction in group regarding the company, followed by digital behavorial interview and lastly technical interview/brain teasers.
