I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Accenture in Mar 2017
Interview
2 separate recruiters called to set up calls. The first recruiter cancelled the day of the call and rescheduled for another day. She did not call as scheduled and did not follow up with me and did not return my call or email. Another recruiter emailed 2 weeks later to set up a time to interview, and that call was missed as well but she did follow it up about 15 minutes after the call was scheduled to reschedule. That call happened on time. The experience was not professional nor respectful of me or my time.

Question 1
Asked how my experience would be used to excel in the new position.
It was very vague they were taking rounds of 15 mins and at last shortlisted all girls
No boy was selected
The Principal was very biased towards gender and that was very bad

Question 1
Do you have an experience of working on salesforce?
Very straightforward questions and answer. Typical know how. You will also be interviewed by the team who you will work with. So 2 sets of interviews. Just be yourself. Some interviewers are also kind enough
They conducted two rounds of interviews. The first round was technical, and the second (final) round was managerial.
I attended both interviews and cleared them. After that, they sent me another email inviting me to attend the first round again, i.e., a skill interview.
I sent a polite email asking whether the message was sent by mistake or if I was required to attend another interview. After that, they sent me a rejection email.
