There are recruitment centers where you pass your application, resume, transcript, etc. You will be asked to take a computerized exam. It has basic IQ, and logical reasoning, reading comprehension, and math questions. If you pass, you will be called back for an interview. Technical interview questions vary, but for the Associate Software Engineer position, it is basic programming questions such as how to print something 10 times, or describing an output of loops. If you go the recruitment center early enough, this can be done in 1 day.
