Interview
The recruitment process consists of three steps.
The first stage is an HR interview, where you are asked questions about your motivation and your interest in the role.
The second stage is a group business case, designed to assess your ability to work in a team and collaborate effectively.
The final round is an interview with the manager, which focuses on technical questions related to the position.

The recruiter reached out to me to check if im interested to apply.
After initial contact it took a follow up to get a first round. I was immediately pushed to the next round which went ok in my opinion.
But after that its been more than a couple of weeks and I havent even heard back from them despite following up once.
This is a very poor interview process if the recruiter cant even send an automated rejection email.

I cried after my interview. The recruiter ended the interview with telling me that I did everything wrong, that I answered every question wrong, and that everything on my resume was useless. He had 0 words of kindness, and was not at all encouraging to me.

I did my application through the company website. after this, i had a meeting with HR. the second fase i did languages tests and after pass a interview with a TL.
