There are some steps to clear the recruitment process:
Online Assessment.
Communication Round.
Interview Round.
First Round, Online Assessment:
This round consists of 2 different rounds.
i) MCQ questions.
ii) Coding Round.
The MCQ round was of 90 questions and the given time was 90 minutes. I don’t know the exact cut-off for this round but to be safe you have to score at least 70% in each section. There will be several sections such as: Logical aptitude, Verbal ability, MS Office, Pseudo Codes, and Cloud-Networking-Security. As per my experience (i.e. I am not going to rate the sections because they may differ) Pseudo code section was standard, You need to have a deep understanding of solving pseudo codes to clear this section. You have to finish all these sections in time. P.S. You can skip the questions as well as the section if you want and there is no negative marking.
The coding round consists of 2 coding questions . Those were easy to medium and the time allotted for that round was 45 minutes. If you are qualified for coding round you will get immediate results via mail after the MCQ round. You need to solve at least 1 code to clear the coding round.
Second Round, Communication Round:
After 4-5 day you will get mail regarding communication assessment. This is a non-elimination round but you have to perform well to maintain overall score. To clear this round you need to be fluent in English. This is an A.I. based round.
Final Round, Interview Round:
A week after the communication round, you will receive mail regarding the slot booking of your interview. This is the final round of your recruitment process. In my case, Interviewer was really good. He was helping me if I was getting stuck anywhere. The questions asked in interview are totally depend on the interviewer. But as per my experience, You need to prepare each and every points of your resume very well. You need to have a basic understanding of DSA. You should know each and every points about your projects. After that some basic HR questions may also be asked.
