Interview
There are multiple interviews: Initial HR interview, Technical, Behavioural, and Cultural fit. The Initial interview is to screen the resume and have a basic introduction to the company, the role being looked at and what are the basic expectations of the role. From there, a technical interview is scheduled (maybe a telephone or an in-person one) by a senior experienced resource (who may not be on the same project for which you are being interviewed for). A behavioral interview is scheduled to assess how you handle yourself in diverse situations (research the STAR approach), this is usually conducted by an experienced interviewer trained for this interview process. The last interview is with a senior leadership, most likely the Talent Lead (a senior manager or above level) to assess cultural fit for the project and the overall organization.
