Accenture had hired a third party company to handle the recruitment drive but amongst all the other companies, accenture's recruitment drive was the most organised and their presentation brilliant. Level of aptitude test was tough and quality of interview was decent. Less number of students higher but no compromise on quality.

A pool campus was organized in my college. 3 colleges were invited making a total of 500 students that arrived for the recruitments. It satrted with a 1 hr IQ test which included objective questions to test or comphrehensive ability and reasoning ability.A total of 30 students were shortlisted for the next round which included PI both technical as well as HR. A total of 22 students cleared the interview process and I was one of them.
