Interview
Submitted my resume on the Accenture website. Got a mail from HR when they were hiring. Had to give an Aptitude test and then group discussion on day 1. After getting selected had a technical Interview and then a one on one with HR. Got the offer letter on the same day. Was asked to submit all my Marks cards for background verification and had my induction within a week.
They are pretty serious about background verification so don't submit false marksheets. They fired a guy after hiring when they found about his false marksheets.
