Initial communication by phone and email, giving a date for an English exam (i work in Argentina). After the exam, if approved, a group interview in which there is a psychological test and logics exam. Then, after passing this, there's a medical exam. After this, there are 2 days of induction in which HR explains policies, medical care, etc, and then you are an employee.
