Accenture Associate Developer interview questions

The interview process was structured and smooth, consisting of four rounds: Aptitude + Technical MCQs, Coding, Communication, and Final Interview. The aptitude and coding tests required good preparation in DSA and pseudocode. The communication round tested clarity in speaking and listening skills. The final interview covered self-introduction, projects, technical fundamentals, and internship experiences. The process was fair, transparent, and manageable with consistent preparation.

There are total 3 process - General Assessment, Communication Assessment and interview. Interview was smooth and the interviewer was chill. It was last for 25 minutes. Overall Interview was good. But I was not selected because they consider overall performance.
