Interview
The interview process started with an online assessment focused on aptitude, logical reasoning, and analytical skills. After clearing that, there was a coding round with one easy and one easy-medium problem. The third round mainly evaluated communication, including situational and behavioral questions. Finally, the last round covered technical fundamentals, managerial mindset, and HR-related topics to understand my problem-solving approach, teamwork, and cultural fit.

Mostly HR questions. A 15-minute interview that was all about questions related to my projects. Teamwork is expected. It is all about confidence and storytelling. Prepare answers that relate to challenges during your project, keeping up with deadlines etc. That should be enough.
