Accenture Assistant Software Engineer ASE interview questions

I passed 3 stages ,after interview they mailed that overall performance was not good, after waiting for long period of time i got rejected why this refinement in final step? think that in each step there is refinement,but after completing the final stage of placement its very bad to hear the rejection news:(

IT is normal and the interviewer was asking easy questions like starting with my name, where do I live, about my education, my hometown.Overall he was quite a nice person with good communication skill
