Interview
It was very basic. They just asked me about my previous job experience, I explained to them briefly. HR conducts an easy interview process that sometime, they tend to pass unfit people. Well, they will send you for a lead and manager interview after, and some clients does interview also, especially to their premium clients which is kinda difficult at times. Overall, the interview was easy and the process was all good.

My college recruitment process was very simple starring forward.
I was tested on my logical ability through a paper test comprizing of 30 multiple choice questions. 2nd round was group discussion to test by communication skills. finally 1:1 technical round I was asked about my projects and some basic programming questions
