Casual chat, followed by sort of generic interview questions about yourself and then technical question or two. The panel rotate through questions, they aren't in the same team but you get the feeling you aren't in their circle.

The initial interview review was thorough and focused on my technical knowledge, problem-solving skills, and ability to adapt to the fast-paced, high-pressure environment typical of a large financial institution. Working at a large bank would have provided invaluable experience in managing complex financial transactions, collaborating with diverse teams.
