Absa interview questions

I was invited to an interview after applying for the job at absa. Went to the interview and there was a panel of 3 people 2 Managers and a senior worker interviewing me. The interview was set for an hour. after completing the interview i was sent to do an aptitude test.

The graduate programme was split into several stages, stage one was uploading all your relevant details online for review. Weeks later, upon success of the first stage, you will be invited to complete a number of assessments that will test numeracy, literacy, personality, etc. The last stage was a 10 minute presentation which we were given 24 hours to create and present, on this day, interviews were completed as well.
