Absa interview questions

Very technical compliance questions which rigid. Team was friendly and tried to help along where you weren’t sure or something was unclear. It was a panel of 4 interviewers who interviewed me.

The interview process consisted of 3 stages. 1st stage was with the senior members of the team (technical and behavioural). Second stage was the head of the division (technical and behavioural but more relaxed than the first stage). The last stage was with the divisional executive (more of like meet and greet).
