ALTEN Project Engineer interview questions

The process began with a telephone interview regarding my technical experience. Following this were two face to face interviews. The first was to establish my motivation for working at alten and some soft skill questions. I was presented the contract at the second face to face interview. Make sure you understand the specifics of working for a consultancy as you will be quizzed on this and make sure you sell yourself!

Approached by HR for initial screening followed by a face to face interview, detailing background and knowledge etc. They would then pass your profile through the business managers to try and find you a position.
