I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at ALTEN (Belgium, WI) in Jul 2023
Interview
The first step includes a phone call with a Talent aquisition partner, in which they will evaluate if you would have the availability for the job (they will ask when you could start working, if you can travel, what are your salary expectations, etc). Then you will be scheduled an interview (probably with the business manager), in which you will be asked more about your professional experience, projects you have worked on and a little english test.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at ALTEN (Lisbona, Lisbona) in Mar 2021

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at ALTEN (Gand)
Interview
Their recruiter contacted me via LinkedIn. Firstly we had a phone call. The interviewer asked if I saw myself working as a consultant, am I ok with changing projects, and described conditions (salary etc.). Secondly, we had a video call. This talk was about my overall experience and CV. It was pleasant and respectful. The interviewer said their colleague would contact me for details on my CV so they could forward them to their clients. After that, I never heard from them again.
After the interview, the candidate should always get "yes or no". That is a common courtesy. Nonetheless, since overall it was a pleasant experience, I will give it a positive remark.
