Interview was standard, but even though I am overqualified as told by interviewer and after three interviews I didn’t get job. Aldi source within which should be banned, not allowed
I applied online. I interviewed at ALDI (Manchester, Inghilterra) in Jan 2018
Interview
Awkward, very short, with brief questions, wasn’t the best interview I had. An interview with four other individuals and was asked questions at a table amongst them. Was very basic and run by a graduate. Not an interview I was a fan of but it was an experience for sure.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at ALDI (Spring, TX) in Apr 2021
Interview
Multiple questions pertaining to the job which were all answered appropriately. Interviewer was smug and unpleasant with a bit of obtuse about questions that were work related. Seemed offended at one question.
