Interview
They ask questions about the company. Previous customer service experience is helpful. Ability to life 50 pounds is a definite must to be successful with this company. You will be asked questions about efficiency. If you are able to ask correctly and appear to be eager and willing to bust your butt you will have no problem getting a call back

Interview
Initial interview is a group interview with 20 plus people. There is a tour of the store, and an explanation of expectations and company history. There is a short meeting with hiring management for screening for 2nd interview.
Group interview, 7am. Took a brief tour of the store, manager asked questions throughout. Speak up and answer questions during the tour. Then pulled into offices separately for 10-15 minute interviews.
Not difficult at all. There is a two step interview process where the first one you meet with the manager and the second you meet with the general district manager.
