I applied in-person. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at ALDI (Wichita, KS) in Nov 2012
Interview
I first met with the district manager and answered basic questions about myself, if I do or have done drugs, what experience I have in the customer service etc. I then had a second interview with the store manager who asked me questions pertaining to the job itself. The manager took me on a tour of the store and then offered me the position. It was pretty chill.
