ALDI Assistente interview questions

Quite informal, wanted to know long term goals. As soon as I mentioned I am studying and wanting to go into Accountancy, they no longer seemed interested. However, the lady who had applied for the same position said she hopes to be working in Aldi and is a stay at home mum gained more of a positive response. they do not want to hire people with long term goals that do not involve working in aldi.
