I applied online. I interviewed at ALDI (Melbourne) in Apr 2019
Interview
I applied last year and was not successful. I then got a random email saying they're hiring and want to accelerate me to the Assessment Centre stage. I attended the assessment centre where we had to talk about a word that was underneath our coaster for 1 minute, do a group exercise looking at a balance score card and then a one on one. I was successful through that and I now have a final interview with the Regional MD and 2 Regional Operations Managers.
Automated interview process until the final two stages. Consisted of initial situational quizzes, written application, aptitude test, video interview, assessment centre and a final one-one interview with Regional Director
