ALDI Area Manager interview questions

The average length of time it takes to complete ALDI in-person interviews ranges from about 45 minutes to an hour for group interviews and roughly 30 minutes for 1:1 job interviews. The entire hiring process may last as long as four weeks. The final interview session may serve as a negotiation for salary or hourly pay.

The assessment centre was highly competitive with lots of great candidates. We were given a job brief and asked to look at CVs and compare candidates and recommend the best fit for the role. This was first done individually and then as a collective we had to make a decision. We were all also asked to introduce ourselves and give a mini presentation based on the core competencies of the organisation.
