Premier échange téléphonique pour présenter l’entreprise et savoir plus sur le profil du candidat (rien de technique). Par la suite, une réunion visio avec le Manager qui ne s’est jamais présenté à la réunion et n’a pas envoyé de mail ou message pour expliquer la raison.
J’ai ete contacté par un rh ensuite, entretien avec le manager puis entretien client, et signature
Facile, rapide, les managers sont professionnel.

Entretien avec manager et questions techniques. Les questions balayent de nombreuses parties de l’ingénierie, orientée aéronautique dans mon cas. Challenge assez fort sur les connaissances.
Test technique ensuite à réaliser après l’entretien.

Very simple Interview, Introductory questions about previous experiences and University projects. A bit of technical questions here and there, they interrupt you in between and ask questions. Also a brief explanation about the tools used in the past and you have to explain how you can learn new things very briefly.
