Senior consultant at Capgemini frog or consultant at Accenture song Chicago office. Previous comments told me to go for Accenture ⌠however I am early career neurodivergent queer woman and im not sure which would be a better cultural fit if i did want to stay for a couple of years. money wise I am looking at similar pay range.
Would you take a pay cut from $205K base to $180K base to go fully remote + can live wherever (from 2 days in office in NYC).
Left McK as an EM for a role that offered $325k, Iâm only 3 months out and competitor of company I joined wants to poach me and give 450k. I personally been enjoying my new org and itâs been such little time, however the jump in comp is substantial. How would you handle this?
My patience for this job is waning⌠Iâm 35, single, no debt - Made some decent investments last year in some AI chip stocks and now theyâre coming to roost.. my brokerage account is now more than my 401k. I feel like my life is 90% work and 10% everything else. I wonder if I should take some extended time off (6mo-1yr) as I would love to actually have space for things during the week again and explore / grow in other areas of my life. Is it time?
Just saw a post from Fortune Magazkne that Gen Z is getting fired because they donât have good communication skills (how to run a meeting, how to write a formal email etc.), donât show initiative (ask questions, volunteer for projects) and donât maintain professionalism (show up on time, miss deadlines etc.). Sounds like the boomers are getting grumpy, but as a millennial, this doesnât surprise me. Curious if anyone thinks work culture will eventually adjust or if youâre seeing this.

D2 - thanks about informing me of the names. Also, although itâs supposed to impact next year, we canât act like just losing $1.2B doesnât impact us right now as well
Everywhere AIP (Annual Incentive Performance) bonus means annual performance bonus
