ADM benefits

Medical had high deductible. Good amount of vacation.

I was impressed with the health insurance offered by ADM.

Pension plan and 401k offered

The benefits were pretty decent. ADM contributes up to 6% to your 401k, the health insurance plan was good, and on top of that, you got a comprehensive annual physical for free (bloodwork, screening, and all). There was also paid maternity/paternity leave.

The best part of the benefits is the travel benefits. While traveling for work, you receive your own company card. You are not limited to a certain budget while traveling so you can usually get whatever you want for meals or other food expenses.

I didn't really have benefits because it was an internship position; they were very understanding about days off, etc

High Deductibles $1000 per person then 80/20

401(k) match plus (small) pension

Good 401k match, competitive insurance package. Standard large company benefits. Also offers adoption benefits among others. The time off policy is not impressive.

401K Match is good, not the best health insurance plans if you're not in a union.
