      Pros

      + Highly motivated, talented, personable engineers to be inspired by + High impact, minimal bureaucracy + Values of ownership, responsibility, and where "the best idea wins"

      Cons

      Personally, I typically put in more than just 8 hours a day, but I've never had to work longer than I wanted to. I think it comes along with having a job you enjoy at a company with lots of interesting work to do.
