Pros

-Free meal on weekend -10 rupiah meal all you can eat on weekdays -supportive, steady, environment -job security -stable company - Everyone listen to everybody -Performance audit, even manager get it too

Cons

- Floor position could be very monotone, employee in certain HFB needs to stand all day because no chair is given. I think this needs to be a minimum to have a chair for floor staff. Happy staff = better customer service. - Floor staff need professional training course, not just the learning from peers/manager. This way the customer service quality could be standardized. - Office staff need professional training course too. Eventhough sometimes peer training is enough, I think training from 3rd party is needed for the sake of upskilling and standardized the worj quality. -It's just my opinion but floor staff 12 day paid holiday is not enough. - Again, training course needed for all staff to get them always motivated and focus.
