      Pros

      ALTEN opens a lot of opportunities in multiple fields and is a very interesting company to really understand what you like and meet great people at a personal and professional level.

      Cons

      At the HR level, it could improve a little, sometimes I feel like your career manager can't really focus on you due to the number of people they have to manage. Your contract might depend on the project you are participating on.
