Daily load planning of packed road transports.
Ocean export planning of ISO and box containers.
Facilitate shipping of sample deliveries.
Coordinate import & transport of inbound STPO's - Standard Transfer Purchase Order and Raw Materials.
Manage Supplier Payment Process (PR – Purchase Requisition creation, invoice audit & Goods Receipt) of inbound/outbound STPO’s - Standard Transfer Purchase Order and External Freight.
Collect &Submit Alcohol consumption usage to Italian authorities.
Drive a safety culture & EHS measures.
Identify & support projects for cost/service optimization.
Insure Logistics master data accuracy & maintenance.
Responsible for creating, changing, issuing all necessary documents for completing Inbound/Outbound daily operations.
Promotes safe operations and compliance with transportation regulations according to local and global EHS and standards.
Maintains excellent communication flows to internal stakeholders & ensures the maintenance of a “Best in Class” Service performance (On Time In Full, Actual Delivery Performance, Claim rate etc).
Is accountable for achieving the yearly goals and monthly set of Logistics KPI’s.
Provides operational backup to the Logistics Coordinator during absence, ensuring execution of logistics activities within own responsibility perimeter, without assuming people management or coordination accountabilities.

The following are required for the role
High school diploma (technical/commercial).
Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in logistics operations, with a strong focus on inbound, outbound, and cargo management activities.
Proven hands-on experience in day-to-day logistics execution (shipping, receiving, cargo handling, and inventory movements).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
Working knowledge of PC computer systems and cargo management software.
Ability to manage priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Customer Focused with a strong hands-on, execution-driven mindset.
High attention to details with solid problem-solving skills.
Good working knowledge written & spoken Italian & English with the ability to confidently manage phone conversations and participate in meetings/calls.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business, Engineering, or Supply Chain Management.
Experience in continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma Yellow Belt).
Experience in digital transformation or process improvement initiatives.
Experience working in an international environment using SAP ERP systems.
Ability to perform effectively under time pressure and tight deadlines.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Compensation for this role will be competitive and aligned with market practices in the respective location and, where applicable, with the provisions of the applicable National Collective Labor Agreement (CCNL), including the Chemical Industry agreement or, for executive roles, the agreement for Executives of Companies Producing Goods and Services (i.e. Italy). Actual pay is determined based on several factors and gender-neutral criteria, including but not limited to experience, education, skills, and geographic location.
