Your Role & Responsibilities
As a vital member of our team, you will work with an international team delivering end-to-end projects in the Sourcing & Procurement area.
You’ll be engaged in activities such as:
Procurement operating models and processes design, moving from classical to digital approaches;
eProcurement technology vendor selections;
Design and set-up of intelligent spend management approaches and solutions;
Leading market solutions, with special focus on Ivalua, hands-on configuration, testing, deploy and roll-out;
Assisting our client in meeting their vision and objectives, for companies in Italy and abroad by acting as local advisor.
You will interact not only with your team colleagues, but also with our BearingPoint international network of Sourcing & Procurement experts, technology partners, suppliers and clients, always shadowing your internship’s tutor and project team.
Background & Experience
You have successfully completed a Master’s Degree in Management Engineering, Computer Engineering, Economics & Management of Innovation, or similar fields.
You are interested of e-Procurement and Spend Management solutions, with up to about five years of hands-on experience with Ivalua, having also mandatorily achieved Level 1 and Level 2 certifications, with L3 certification as a plus.

A resolute focus on clients, with a drive to deliver tangible, lasting results that echo sustainability and digital advancement.
An open, communicative, team-oriented approach underscored by genuine empathy.
You have good problem-solving, team-working and presentation skills.
An unwavering readiness to embrace both domestic and international travel.
You are able to communicate both in Italian and English at all levels of the Organization (other European languages will be considered as a plus).
